Based on the outcome of the 1^st Regional Preparatory Meeting in Kuala Lumpur, the 2^nd Preparatory Meeting will be convened to further discuss and finalise the tools and documents of the assessment as developed by the consultant.   This Meeting will also provide a venue to discuss in details the technical implementation of the Training of Assessors, Pilot Assessment and Debriefing of the team of assessors which is scheduled to be held in Indonesia in the first week of June 2009.
